LG unveils its new TONE audio wearable’s

In the era of wireless technology, where all major electronic giants are launching wireless technology, LG too is geared up with its new line-up of wireless devices that will be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017. LG’s new TONE line up of Bluetooth wireless devices includes the TONE Free and TONE Studio.

The TONE Free is LG’s latest device amongst its Bluetooth wireless headphones that packs some exciting useful features that include wireless charging, when the earbuds are placed inside the neckband while not being used, as well as wireless charging using an optional cradle that also works as a battery pack. The neck band on the TONE Free does not actually aid in listening experience, but is merely a way to charge and store the ear buds. It allows the user to wear the neckband and access ear buds as per convenience. The device also vibrates during incoming voice calls or messages and is also voice-enabled.

The TONE Studio is another Bluetooth audio that is co-designed with DTS and comes equipped with four speakers that are deliver a personal audio experience, which also vibrates gently to send out notifications. The speakers offer theatre-like sound for a cinematic experience and personal surround sound.

Unlike the LG V20 smartphone that comes with 32-bit DAC technology, the TONE Studio only boasts a Hi-Fi DAC. Both the TONE devices will be showcased in about a week, at CES 2017 along with new audio products like the TONE Infinim (model HBS-920) and TONE Ultra (model HBS-820).
