Teslasuit – Full Body Haptic VR Suit at CES 2018

The Teslasuit is a full body haptic suit geared to immerse you deeper into virtual reality, much like Ready Player One. Predicting that the suit will be available for purchase next year, Teslasuit is now looking to work with developers to have their suit implemented in more VR games.

Quick thought; with electrically stimulated haptic feedback from this suit, wouldn't it potentially be possible to tone muscles, due to the fact that the work is from your own muscles reacting to the shock and tensing accordingly?

So the suit will fit all sizes a person can be? How about hight restrictions? if your 4.5 feet tall or 6.6 feet tall, can someone ware the suit still? is the size of the suit changeable? can I let a friend wear my suit? Is it washable? How does one clean the suit? Is it wireless or use a cable? Can i sit down using it or am I forced to stand?

hmm… electrical stimulation… problem with this type is that it's interacting with your muscles to simulate harder impacts… you wont so much 'feel' a hard impact as you would react to it, and that could cause a spasm or cramp or just a generally uncomfortable feeling being stimulated.. find out someone is wearing one of these and focus fire on their hamstring >=] have fun!

If this was a really complex network of electrodes stuck directly onto every surface of the skin, i'd believe that it can simulate touch. This is quite clearly just a bunch of $30 dog shock collars that electrocute you when you get shot in a video game.

So, if there's a power surge, you're going to be a little bit toasty.

Do they know that it can get hot in VR without a suit? Add a VR wet suit and you’ll sweet right through it. They better add a climate control option or will that cost extra,….?
