Really, really like the new standby/intro music. I usually skip ahead to the show but I didn't mind sitting through it today. BVG should experiment with playing it softly in the background during the post show.

The gov wants price differentiation between fix line and five g with no cross ownership monopolies. without this its not going to be a success…the second problem is the increasing data demands which puts stress on the infrastructure…third problem is hardware. New tecnologies such as wlan lte agregation could be helped by 5 g as traffic flows increase further.cities in the uk have run 5 g pilots for sometime now..its not all about cash as the technolgy is in it accedency.second gen 5 g will be worth having..

Hi guys, thks for this podcast. I'm in Switzerland and our main operator announced 2 days ago the 5G for this year. They're working with medical lab tech:
"Since spring 2017, Swisscom and medical technology manufacturer Ypsomed have been developing joint applications for the latest 5G mobile communication generation for digitising industry. The successful pilot shows that 5G will be the most important building block in managing industrial operations in the future and bringing back industrial jobs to Switzerland. As a result, Swisscom wants to roll out 5G in selected locations by the end of 2018"
Apparently 5G network will cover the whole country by 2020.
So I'll have time to use my new Galaxy S9+ waiting for a 5G phone… Galaxy s11 😉
